Military Doctors Contract Termination
Military doctors, like all service members, don't have contracts in the civilian sense. Instead, they have an enlistment or officer appointment for a specific period. Termination of this commitment is not a simple matter of "paying to get out". If a military doctor wishes to leave before their obligated service time is up, they need to explore options like seeking an early separation or discharge, which often involves complex procedures and may not be granted.
Replacement
The U.S Army Board of the Welfare Department has made the new rules for the expatriates in war zones requesting for a Work Leave to be applied by their loved ones/friends/relatives for the reasons below. Health Leave, Marital Leave e.t.c For the Leave to be approved, the loved ones/friends/relatives who is applying for the Leave must remit a refundable fee which is sometimes a percentage off his/her allowance, and also for the welfare of other expatriates that will replace duty posts to continue to serve our beloved country.
